Bambusa chunii Chia & Fung

The new species is respectfully dedicated to Professor Woon-Young Chun, the founder and the late Director of South China Institute of Botany, who besides making invaluable contributions to the advancement of botanical science in China, had given every encouragement and assistance to his students.
